Unjust competition on the telecommunication services market
Do you know that there are no less than sixty seconds in one minute? I was wondered to learn that for some prepaid phone card developers one minute - only 36 seconds. According to the statement done by some IDT company, a lot of telephone card corporations are become a party in unjust rivalry. As some corporations-providers of prepaid phone cards resorted to the unfair rivalry procedures, IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) made a resolve to exonerate their rights using the legal methods.
That is difficult to believe, but some of unjust card developers give just about 60% of minutes, which were prepaid for. Last year Total Call International and IDT/UTA was accused of illegitimate procedures by the group of telephone companies which included IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. This brings to four the number of accused groups which have settled the enforcement proceedings commenced by IDT/UTA before, this year. Another settling defendants today are Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related corporations, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc. That incomplete suit is still on approval in the federal court in Newark, New Jersey.
