Collaboration

There are 3 kinds of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

Seeing through their differences is necessary to secure that an appropriate software application is chosen to meet your needs.

An interaction of conversation is an exchange of ideas and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between two or more participants, while collaborative interaction is meant for a change of a substance of collaboration, for example: reaching a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the main goal of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be unstable and intangible, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a design solution.

The power of these solutions lies in the ability to allow team members to see action plans, access shared documents, track projects, moderate schedules, optimize business processes, be duely notified of any new objectives and events they are involved in. You may come across a number of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling activities, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of two or more business units or even firms.
